It's such a short clip...it's hard to tell.

I still challenge anyone to come up with a better explanation, and another band that Tarja could plausibly co-operate with and that fits all the criteria:

- famous and beloved (internationally)
- not from Finland
- not a metal band
- upcoming album release
- preferrably have had contact with Tarja before (the Scorpions met her on tour with NW and on Doro's anniversary concert)

Also, I can't remember hearing operatic background vocals on any Scorpions song before.

Quite a lot of 'splaining to do, don't you think so?

Well, Tarja has been teasing us for weeks now and still no announcement from the band ... I'm getting impatient.

It's confirmed now that Tarja is going to sing with The Scorpions or am I wrong?

And I know Metalocalypse a tiny little bit.

Oh, if you can get a chance to watch it, I highly recommend it! The satire is second to none and it's a really, really funny, well-written show!

Really? I'll give it a try then when I have time. It already looked like something nice.

I don't even like death metal that much, but I have to say this show is fucking brilliant. Lots of people think it's insulting to metal, but I disagree. I think it's a satire of celebrity culture and pop culture in general. Really, really funny stuff.

Watched an episode. It's funny indeed! It sucks though that I'm just allowed to watch one on their site. Cauze they are not allowed to broadcast them in europe Evil or Very Mad

Oh yeah. The musicians are also from some DM bands. And if you watch the show, you'll see references to other metal bands in funny places!

So, Ravisk, Kreator has signed with Nuclear Blast. What do you think of that?
